Level Up is a barista-centered learning and connection event happening this fall at Mill City Roasters. We’re bringing together 80 baristas and 20+ instructors from across the country for workshops, cafe service, and shared meals all with a focus on industry retention and equity. It’s about building real skills.

It’s also about navigating the industry with more clarity, care, and support. You’ll leave with a stronger sense of what’s possible in coffee — and how to stay in it.
